Terms.

One consistent licensing model for SafiSolutions desktop software.

Plain-language summary: All nine desktop apps — Kwezeen, DoqCorp, Padeff, Piktoor, Brandur, DoqDesk, FileShift, Inkform and ShiftCraft — are offered free. The software license is intentionally open/shareable: you may use, copy, modify, redistribute or resell the software, subject to the included product license and third-party notices. SafiSolutions branding and support are separate from those software rights.

1. Free products

All nine SafiSolutions desktop apps are free. Downloads and updates require no payment, subscription or purchase verification.

2. Software license

Unless a product-specific license file grants different rights, SafiSolutions permits use, copying, modification, redistribution and resale of its original software code and builds for personal or commercial purposes. You may create modified versions or incorporate the software into other work. A license file included with the distributed app controls for that app if it is more specific than this page.

3. Branding is not part of the software license

The SafiSolutions name, logos, product marks and official distribution identity are not transferred. Modified or redistributed versions must not be presented as officially supported, endorsed or published by SafiSolutions unless authorized. Removing confusion about who produced or supports a modified build is the responsibility of the redistributor.

4. Third-party and open-source components

Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licenses, notices, attribution requirements and source-availability obligations where applicable. Nothing in these terms removes rights granted by those licenses or replaces obligations they impose.

5. Your files and content

You keep ownership of files, images, documents, menus, logos and other content you create or process with the software. You are responsible for having the right to use that content.

6. Support and update access

All products may receive best-effort support and updated free builds through their product pages.

7. Updates

Updates may be released at SafiSolutions' discretion. A free download does not promise indefinite development, compatibility with every future operating-system version or lifetime feature additions.

8. Reasonable use

Do not use the software to break the law, distribute malware, interfere with other systems, bypass security controls or violate someone else's rights.

9. Availability and warranties

The software is provided on an “as available” basis. SafiSolutions tries to keep products functional and understandable, but cannot guarantee that every product will be error-free or compatible with every device, driver, codec, printer, third-party service or future operating-system update.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, SafiSolutions is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software. Keep backups of important files before editing, converting, deleting or reorganizing them.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product line or distribution system changes. Changes apply prospectively and do not erase rights already granted under an earlier applicable license.
