What SafiSolutions collects, why it is collected, and how it is used.

Short version: SafiSolutions collects only the information needed to answer inquiries, provide downloads, and support customers. SafiSolutions does not sell customer data.

1. Information you provide

When you contact SafiSolutions, request support, or ask for an update, you may provide your name, email address, business or project name, phone number, product, version, and the contents of your message.

2. Free downloads

All desktop apps are free. Downloading or updating them does not require payment information or purchase verification. Records of earlier purchases may be retained for support, refunds, accounting and legal obligations.

3. Forms and service providers

Website inquiry and support forms are delivered through FormSubmit. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical logs. Cloudflare may process requests needed to deliver product files. These providers operate under their own privacy terms.

4. How information is used

Deliver free software downloads.
Answer questions and support requests.
Provide product updates.
Prevent fraud or abuse.
Maintain business and tax records where required.
Improve SafiSolutions products and customer experience.

5. Sharing

SafiSolutions does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate forms, hosting, downloads, email, security, accounting, or legal compliance.

6. Retention

Order records may be kept as long as reasonably needed for support, refunds, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. General inquiries may be deleted when they are no longer useful.

7. Cookies and tracking

SafiSolutions does not intentionally run an advertising-tracking system on this website. Third-party services used for forms, hosting, or security may use necessary cookies or similar technology when you interact with them.

8. Your choices

You may contact SafiSolutions to ask what personal information is associated with your inquiry or an earlier purchase, request a correction, or request deletion when retention is not required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
